To avoid traffic is Skegness or Mablthorpe, we recommend that Sutton on Sea is approached via Alford:

From Louth - Turn left off the A1104 on to the A1111 to Bilsby

From the south (Boston) Proceed on the A1104 straight through Alford and turn right on to the A1111 to Bilsby shortly after passing the town centre. (Do not turn right in the town centre).

On entering Sutton on Sea, proceed over a small roundabout to the town centre. At the promenade follow the road sharp left. The Anchorage Cottage is on the left after a few yards (opposite Sutton Social Club)
