Local shops, bars, restaurants and the amenities of Sutton can be readily accessed - forget your car for this holiday.

The ground floor facilities are ideal for those who are slightly disabled - there are no steps to climb!

The cottage is quaint and cosy - coplete with a "stable door" in the kitchen. The accommodation comprises a kitchen, lounge, bedroom (double bed) and shower room with "walk in" shower, W.C. and hand basin.

The cottage is designed for 2 persons, but will accommodate up to 4 persons, utilising a bed-settee in the lounge.

We welcome wel-behaved dogs - please enquire when reserving.

The cottage is adjacent to the home of the resident proprietors and a very warm welcome can be expected.

Sutton on Sea is a very relaxing unspolied smaller holiday resort, but with plent to do. The fine beach (over the road) is expansive and welcoming. There is an abundace of play areas and water features ideal for younger tourists.

Mablethorpe is a few miles to the north and Skegness and Ingoldmells some 12 miles to the south.

The undedscovered Lincolnshire Wolds are a few miles inland, offering fnie counrty walks and delightful market towns such as Alford, louth and Spilsby.
